Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all CT shipping addresses.
Shipping
We currently use the United States Postal Service (the post office) for all our shipping needs. Using priority flat rate shipping keeps the cost & confusion down. It also gets you your merchandise with in 2 to 3 business days from shipping date.
Shipping Date
We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. If you need it ASAP include a note with payment during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Custom Orders
If you have something in mind drop us an email & we'll see what we can do. Almost any graphic can be done in a wood burning.
Satisfaction
Every item is checked for quality before it is shipped. However if there is a problem with your order or product, please let us know with in 5 days of receiving your order so we can come to a solution.
Bulk & Wholesale Ordering
If you're having a party or gathering of some sort and need favors email us with the product & quantity you need and we'll get back to you with the pricing.
We currently are not offering wholesale merchandise from the website, however if you are a shop owner drop us an email for more information.
